- To contribute in the country's efforts towards energy self-reliance through the development and operation of decentralized renewable energy infrastructure that delivers measurable socio-economic development and climate change mitigation. The corporation will research, develop, design, manufacture, construct, operate, maintain, buy, acquire, sell, import and export renewable energy, equipment, systems, power plants and technologies that produce electricity from renewable energy resources such as, but not limited to; solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, biomass and tidal resources for the production, supply distribution and sale of electricity for light and power and any other use which electricity may be applied.
- To design, construct, test, commission, operate and maintain a bulk water supply facility together with all its appurtenant structures and facilities to the purposes of undertaking the treated portable water and selling it to customers like water district and other like but not limited to; and to engage in any and all ancillary business and activities including but not limited to establishing, constructing, operating, managing, owning, leasing and/or subleasing facilities and structures derived from and/or related to the bulk water supply.
